Our point of view
AusStayFinder began with a simple idea: a hotel should support the way people actually want to spend their time away. For us, that means rooms that feel calm after a full day, service that is attentive without hovering, and shared spaces that invite guests to settle in rather than simply pass through. The result is a contemporary accommodation experience shaped by the relaxed character of the Gold Coast.
Our rooms are designed first around comfort and function. Beds are generous, lighting is layered, storage is practical and technology is present without becoming the centre of the room. Natural materials and a quiet coastal palette help create a composed atmosphere, drawing on the light, textures and easy confidence associated with Queensland rather than relying on literal beach-themed décor.
Service follows the same principle. Guests should feel looked after, not managed. Our team is there to help with the details that matter — from questions about a stay to local recommendations, accessibility needs and practical support — while leaving enough space for people to experience the hotel and the city in their own way. That balance of care and independence is a key part of our hospitality philosophy.
The hotel experience extends beyond the room. Dining spaces are planned to move easily from breakfast to evening drinks, wellness and fitness areas make routines possible while travelling, and leisure facilities give guests options on slower days. Social spaces are comfortable enough for a quick coffee, a meeting or an evening that does not need a schedule. Entertainment is available on site, including an adults-only casino area for guests aged 18 and over, but accommodation remains at the centre of the brand.
Most importantly, AusStayFinder is connected to place. Broadbeach brings together ocean, cafés, restaurants, shopping and entertainment in a way that feels both energetic and easygoing. We want the hotel to feel like a natural extension of that setting: polished but not stiff, contemporary but warm, and ready to support everything from a quiet weekend to a more active Gold Coast itinerary. That means leaving room for spontaneity, keeping essential information clear and making it simple for guests to move between the hotel, the neighbourhood and the coast without unnecessary friction.
Our history
The Beginning
The idea for AusStayFinder grew from a simple goal: create a stay that felt connected to the relaxed character of coastal Queensland. The earliest concept focused less on spectacle and more on how people genuinely use a hotel — arriving tired, waking slowly, needing practical help, looking for a good meal and wanting a comfortable place to return to after exploring the coast.
A New Kind of Stay
The concept developed around contemporary rooms, generous communal areas and a guest experience designed to feel personal rather than formal. Interior decisions were guided by calm materials, clear layouts and a sense of space, while service principles were built around being useful at the right moment instead of performing hospitality for its own sake.
Growing the Experience
As the idea matured, dining, wellness and entertainment became part of a broader stay experience while accommodation remained at the centre of the brand. The aim was not to keep guests inside the property, but to give them enough choice that an unplanned morning, a pool afternoon or an easy dinner could feel just as satisfying as a full itinerary.
Today
AusStayFinder continues to focus on considered hospitality, comfortable spaces and memorable Gold Coast stays. Its approach is grounded in clear information, considered room design, practical service and an experience that lets Broadbeach and the wider Gold Coast remain central to the stay.

Our sense of place is expressed through warmth, natural materials, coastal light and a relaxed way of welcoming people. It is Australian in attitude rather than theme, avoiding clichés while keeping the atmosphere connected to Queensland.
Good service should adapt to the guest. Some travellers want recommendations and conversation; others value speed and privacy. Our approach is to read the moment, be available, and make practical help feel natural rather than ceremonial.
Refinement does not need to feel rigid. We favour beautiful materials, generous proportions and well-executed basics over unnecessary formality, creating spaces that feel polished enough to be special and relaxed enough to use properly.
